Acne dairy
Does consuming dairy products cause acne? If you think that you don’t take in much dairy, you’re likely wrong. Think about all the different types of foods that have at least traces of butter, cheese, or milk. It’s not hard to eat a lot of dairy without even realizing it.

Yes, there is a connection between dairy intake and the popularity and severity of acne.
Why? I have no idea, scientists don’t really know why either. If I had to speculate, it would be because there are often added hormones in cow products. Milk, cheese, butter… they all can have a lot of hormones in them because cows are often pumped up with artificial hormones to make them grow big and strong.
What can you do about it? Try avoiding dairy products the best you can for a week or so. If your acne gets better, you are in luck! You have found one of the causes of your acne. If not, then dairy likely has no effect on your acne.
