Green tea for acne
August 4th, 2009
Green tea has been rumored to help anything from weight loss to preventing aging, but can it really help acne?
Pro’s to using green tea to treat acne:
- It is very cheap. You can buy green tea under 5 dollars at most grocery stores. Even if green tea doesn’t work quite as well as your previous treatment, the price difference should more than make up for it.
- It is a natural treatment that comes with very little side effects. Enough said!
- It has worked for a lot of people.
Are you curious about green tea? Give it a try! Drink two cups a day for a week. Your acne will likely improve, you should have more energy, your health overall should improve. You have nothing to lose, it is cheap and it comes with no side effects.
