Exercise for acne

It seems like everyone has different views on how exercise effects acne. Some say it has a negative effect, the more you sweat, the worst your acne will get. Others think that exercise is a great option for any health related problem.

Personally, I belong the second group. Exercise is good for your body, and what is good for your body is good for your acne situation, for the most part. Exercising won’t make acne magically dissapear, but it certainly does not make acne worse for sure.

When you do exercise, make sure that you wear a moderate sunscreen. Even if it is not abnormally hot outside, or you will only be out for a half an hour… Wear a low grade sunscreen! Think about your skin for once! Wearing sun screen not only will help your acne situation, it will reduce the risk of skin cancer.

After exercising, take a shower. Make sure that you clean your face very well, and any other places you find that you get acne.
