Accutane and depression
I stated in this article, Accutane side effects, that depression was a potential side effect from Accutane treatment. I have decided to write a full article on Accutane and depression to clear everything up.
There have been many, many cases of people getting diagnosed with depression while or soon after Accutane treatment, I do not personally believe that that is a coincidence.
There is also a noted increase in the number of attempted suicides from people taking Accutane.
If you are taking Accutane and you have noticed that you are more moody then usual, or you are just not feeling like your normal self, I encourage you to stop Accutane treatment immediately and talk to either a doctor or a dermatologist.
If you believe that you may have depression, or you think that you may be at risk for developing depression, stay away from Accutane!
