Rosacea Diet

What not to eat:
- Anything Spicey.
- Anything hot.
- Vinegar.
- Tomatoes
- Yougurt
- Sour Cream
- Vanilla
- Soy Sauce
- Eggplant
- Avocado
- Spinach
- Beans
- Chochlate
- Lobster
- Artifical Sweetners
Good foods to eat for a Rosacea Diet:
- Cheeries.
- Blackberries
- Blueberries
- Whole grains
- Seeds
- Nuts
- Vegtables and Fruits in general
- Drink lots of water!
There are so many common foods on the “do not eat” list for Rosacea that it would be impossible to avoid them all together. The secret to a good Rosacea diet is to generally avoid spicey foods at all costs, avoid the other foods on the do not eat list if you can, drink lots of water, and eat lots of berries. Eating berries will help assist your body in reducing the redness of your face.
