Baking soda for acne
Baking soda, especially when used to treat acne is truly an abnormal product in a good way.
Price: Baking soda is likely the single cheapest acne fighting product there is. You should be able to buy it in any grocery store for under one dollar. I thought that treatments under twenty dollars were appealing, but compared to Baking soda they were pretty expensive! Baking soda is as close to free as it gets in the skin care industry.
Side effects: Hardly any. You may notice that it stings a little upon applying it, but other than that nothing else should come of it. No pain no gain! But really, you have nothing to worry about here.
Effectiveness: This is likely Baking soda’s weakest field. Although it does work for many, baking soda obviously cannot work for everyone. It should, however, help people with mild to moderate acne.
Overall: Baking soda is cheap and safe, which is all you can ask for. Give it a try and see if it helps you.
