Sea salt for acne

August 17th, 2009

I know that this could be surprising, but sea salt could really help your acne situation. Sea salt is not a world renowned acne fighting product by any means, but many people have had success with it.

Directions:

Fill a bathtub with water as hot as possible. You obviously do not want to burn yourself, but make sure the water is as hot as you can possibly stand it, this is important.

Add 20-30 ounces of normal sea salt that is available at your local grocery store to the bathtub.

Soak in the bathtub for about 30 minutes.

This should help both your pre existing acne, acne scars, and help to prevent acne from popping up again.

This is certainly not a fool proof treatment, it may not work for you, but if you are serious about getting rid of acne and it seems like you have “tried everything else” a sea salt bath might be perfect for you.

Give it a try, you have nothing to lose.
