Flaxseed oil for acne
Similar to fish oil and green tea, flaxseed oil is supposedly supposed to be the cure to any health problem but can it help acne sufferers?
Price: You should be able to find Flaxseed oil at some grocery stores and at supplement stores for under 10 dollars. This is very cheap for an acne fighting product.
Side effects: The best thing about Flaxseed oil is that there are nothing but good side effects that can result from it. Flaxseed oil is supposed to be a super supplement that can help your heart, muscles, organs, you name it and it is supposedly supposed to help it! Whether this is true or not remains to be seen but it is certainly not a bad trait to have.
Effectiveness: This is where things get iffy. Many have had success with Flaxseed oil in regards to treating acne but an equal amount have been dissapointed with their lack of progress while using flaxseed oil.
Overall: If something is really cheap and healthy it is always worth a try in my book!
