Proactiv is the biggest and one of the most trusted brands in acne. They obviously did not become this way by making acne products that do not work to an extent for most people, but I definitely think that there are better options out their.
They advertise that there products are fairly cheap, which they are, and that they work well for most, which they do, but they fail to mention one costly topic. Most of proactiv products come in very small containers, usually no bigger than a few ounces. These products will last you no more than a few weeks if you are using them daily.
That is really a genius move by Proactiv. They forcing their users to buy and buy and buy all there different products each month or sooner, earning Proactiv reacurring profits. Instead of making an average of 20 dollars lifetime a customer for example, proactiv is probably making at least 50 dollars per customer on average.
